Terms of use

The service

hakk.ai provides OpenAI-compatible inference and a chat workspace on hardware we own and operate. Accounts are invite-only. Prepaid credits pay for tokens. Invoice organizations are billed by us out of band.

Your account

You are responsible for the people and keys on your organization. Usage and credits are org-scoped. Do not share passwords or API keys. We may suspend an organization that abuses capacity or the law.

Credits

1 credit equals $0.01. Packs are one-time Stripe Checkout purchases. Credits do not expire. A request with a zero balance is rejected with HTTP 402. A small overrun on a request that started with a positive balance is absorbed by us.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service to attack systems, to generate illegal content, or to circumvent admission or billing. We may rate-limit or refuse traffic to protect the fleet.
